Policy to Practice: Championing Gender-Affirming Care (On Demand-No CE)

As gender-affirming care legislation continues to evolve, health care providers and advocates must stay informed on how to navigate these challenges while supporting transgender and non-binary youth 18 and under. The recorded webinar will cover recent legislation, strategies for addressing misinformation, and best practices for creating safer, affirming spaces in clinical and community settings for youth. The course also includes breakout videos involving role-play simulations of real-life scenarios to help participants learn techniques for navigating conversations with patients, families, and colleagues. Participants will leave the training with a greater understanding of best practices for advocacy, patient support, and fostering inclusive care.

This training was originally held on June 24, 2025.
